1. The Service
We provide AI-powered workflow tools. ListingFlow allows users to virtually stage real
estate photography. SermonFlow allows users to process and repurpose audio content.
2. Credits and Payments
- Pay-As-You-Go: Our services operate on a credit system. Credits are purchased in
advance and deducted when you generate content (e.g., stage a room).
- Refunds: Generally, purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used.
However, if an AI generation error occurs due to a technical fault on our end, please contact us for
a credit restoration.
- Pricing: Prices for credit packs are subject to change, but current balances will
maintain their value.
3. User Content and Ownership
- You Own Your Content: You retain all rights to the original photos or audio you
upload.
- License to Us: By uploading content, you grant us a license to process, modify, and
store that content solely for the purpose of generating your requested output.
- Your Warranty: You promise that you own the copyright to any content you upload
(e.g., you are the listing agent or have the photographer's permission). You agree not to upload
content that violates third-party rights.
4. AI Disclaimer
Our services use generative artificial intelligence. While we strive for realism and accuracy, AI models
can occasionally produce unexpected results (artifacts, hallucinations, or errors). You agree that you
review all outputs before using them commercially. We make no guarantees that the output will be perfect
or error-free.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Focus Flow Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
